At Gaither Perio and Dental Implants we strive to make treatment accessible to everyone and seamless from start to finish. Our Treatment Coordinator will talk with you about the payment process, financing options, and any applicable insurance benefits. Your health is our focus as we personalize treatment to fit your unique needs.

Care Credit

Use CareCredit to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards. With shorter-term financing options of 6 or 12 months, no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date. See if you qualify without impacting your credit score.

Cherry Club

Cherry Club Dental financing options make dental care accessible and affordable for all our patients. That’s why we partner with Cherry Finance to offer flexible dental financing options for all types of procedures, no matter the cost. In this blog, we’ll provide an overview of how Cherry Finance can help you manage the costs of your dental procedures, ensuring you can achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile without financial strain.

Financing & Insurance FAQ

-Dr. Gaither is an Out-Of-Network Provider and a Non-Participating Dentist with all dental benefits carriers.

-Co-pays and pre-estimates for insurance coverage are not accepted or provided by our office.

-Gaither Perio and Dental Implants is not in contract with any dental benefit carrier. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit to patient’s dental benefit carrier but cannot guarantee any coverage.

-Being an Out-Of-Network and a Non-Participating Dentist, we have seen coverage ranging from 0-80%. No patient is guaranteed coverage of services at our office

-All services done at Gaither Perio and Dental Implants will be due day of service. Out of courtesy to our patients, we will submit to the patient’s dental benefits carrier. If patient’s dental benefit carrier makes a payment on services completed, payment will be sent directly to the patient.

-It is patient responsibility to provide Gaither Perio and Dental Implants with any updates to patient’s dental benefits carrier and/or home address. This is crucial for proper claim filing.

-On patient day of service, Gaither Perio and Dental Implants will electronically file a claim for each service completed to patient’s dental benefit carrier. It can take anywhere from 7 to 90 days to hear back about a claim from patient dental benefit carrier.
